摘要
为研究电厂金属锅炉在金属锅炉表面缺陷等故障发生,针对电厂金属锅炉在金属锅炉表面缺陷的故障进行分析,采用鱼骨图的方法对金属锅炉表面缺陷产生的原因从人、机、料、法、环的角度进行分析,再借助故障树和5Why的方法,对故障产生的深层次原因进行递进式地挖掘,从而能够找到真正产生故障的原因,进而建立预防故障的措施,辅助电厂对金属锅炉的维护,结果表明,该方法准确率高,系统性好,且能够有效提升锅炉运行的安全可靠性。
In order to study the surface defects of metal boiler in power plant,the paper analyzes the surface defects of metal boiler in power plant.The fishbone diagram is used to analyze the causes of surface defects of metal boiler from the perspective of human,machine,material,method and environment,and then the fault tree and 5 why method are used to analyze the deep-seated causes The results show that this method has high accuracy,good systematisms,and can effectively improve the safety and reliability of boiler operation.
