摘要
为提高矿业类专业毕业生的就业能力,为企业输送高素质人才,研究矿业类专业毕业生就业能力培养的立体式推进路径。深化矿业类课程教学改革,建立科学的教学体系,使毕业生具备合理的知识结构;完善并细化教师考核标准,聘请企业矿业工程领域技术人员,实行双导师制培养模式;积极探索校企合作,创建矿业类实践平台和实训基地,为学生开展实践活动提供良好条件。
In order to improve the employability of mining graduates and provide high-quality talents for enterprises,this paper studies the three-dimensional promotion path of mining graduates'employability training.Deepen the teaching reform of mining courses,establish a scientific teaching system,so that graduates have a reasonable knowledge structure;improve and refine the teacher assessment standards,hire technical personnel in the field of mining engineering,implement the double tutorial system training mode;actively explore school enterprise cooperation,create mining practice platform and training base,provide good conditions for students to carry out practical activities.
