陕西长武某矿电缆钻孔施工技术研究

摘要 随着矿山开采的日益深入,为了降低电损及线路铺设等成本,设计大口径电缆孔是有效手段。陕西长武亭南矿业有限责任公司集中排水系统电缆钻孔,采用先导孔初级定向控制孔斜、多级扩孔钻探施工、浮力塞下管、全孔固井等工艺技术,顺利完成两口电缆钻孔施工,产生了很好的经济效益;本文从钻探设备、钻进工艺、孔斜控制、套管下放、固井工艺等方面对该项目的施工经验进行了总结。 With the deepening of mining,in order to reduce the cost of power loss and line laying,the design of large diameter cable hole is an effective means.The cable drilling of centralized drainage system in Shaanxi Changwu Tingnan Mining Co.,Ltd.,has successfully completed two cable drilling construction by adopting the pilot hole primary directional control hole skew,multi-stage reaming drilling construction,buoyancy plug down pipe,whole hole cementing and other technological technologies,which has produced good economic benefits.This paper summarizes the construction experience of this project from the aspects of drilling equipment,drilling technology,hole skew control,casing lowering,cementing technology.
