摘要
ICP-AES法具有灵敏度高、精密度高、可选择谱线多、适应不同的基体、多元素同时测定,测定范围广等特点,适合于矿物试样中主、次量元素测定[1-3]。本文对国家标准物质钨矿石GBW7240和GBW7241进行测试,计算检出限,相对标准偏差(4.19%6.83%)均在要求范围之内。
ICP-AES method has high sensitivity,high precision,multiple lines,adapted to different substrates,multielevation simultaneous measurement,wide range of range,suitable for mineral samples in the mineral specimen[1-3].This paper tests the national standard substance tungsten ore GBW 7240 and GBW7241,calculating the detection limit,relative standard deviation(4.19%6.83%)is within the request.
