摘要
金属冶炼,在国民经济发展中所占位置越来越重要。为了保证金属冶炼过程更好地得到控制、优化,各种数学模型被开发出来。但是,金属冶炼过程复杂,每个方面的数学模型发展情况不同。因此,提出关于金属冶炼过程数学模拟的研究进展分析。针对全高炉综合数学模型发展进行了回顾,对CFD-DEM模型进行分析。此外,重点介绍了多流体高炉数学模型的建立与应用效果,提出了冶炼过程中专家系统的开发。此外,总结了数学模拟在金属冶炼行业的未来发展方向。
Metal smelting is more and more important in the development of national economy.In order to control and optimize the metal smelting process better,various mathematical models have been developed.However,the metal smelting process is complex,and the development of mathematical models in each aspect is different.Therefore,the research progress of mathematical simulation of metal smelting process is analyzed.The development of comprehensive mathematical model of blast furnace is reviewed,and cfd-dem model is analyzed.In addition,the establishment and application effect of mathematical model of multi fluid blast furnace are introduced emphatically,and the development of expert system in smelting process is put forward.In addition,the future development direction of mathematical simulation in metal smelting industry is summarized.
