摘要
通过建立阳极焙烧炉燃烧室三维物理模型,采用ICEM商业软件对其进行离散化,运用Fluent商业软件对流体域进行数值模拟仿真计算,获得不同空气过剩系数时火道内的温度场和浓度场,进而得到最佳的空气过剩系数。
Through the establishment of the three-dimensional physical model of anode baking furnace combustion chamber,the ICEM commercial software is used to discretize it,and the fluent commercial software is used to carry out the numerical simulation calculation of the convection domain.The temperature field and concentration field in the flue with different excess air coefficient are obtained,and then the best excess air coefficient is obtained.
