摘要 在地下矿产资源的探寻中,地质勘探对整个项目的有序进行影响重大。而地质勘查钻机设备作为重要勘查工具,其性能及效率为工程进度及质量的关键性要素,对勘查结果存在积极意义。为促使勘查工作的精准有效进行,在实践工作中,应加强对机械设备的全方位维护管理,可从思想层面加强维护意识、从制度方面完善设备维护要求、从细节方面落实各项维护举措,以确保设备的正常运行,同时就常见的低速爬行障碍、钻杆拆卸力偏低、油温过高等故障予以分析,并提出解决策略,以提供可供参考的意见。 In the exploration of underground mineral data,geological exploration has a significant impact on the orderly progress of the entire project.As an important survey tool,the performance and efficiency of geological survey drilling rig equipment are key elements of project progress and quality,which have a positive significance for survey results.In order to promote the accurate and effective conduct of survey work,in practice,all-round maintenance and management of mechanical equipment should be strengthened.Maintenance awareness can be strengthened from the ideological level,equipment maintenance requirements can be improved from the system,and various maintenance measures can be implemented from the details.In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment,the common low-speed crawling obstacles,low drill pipe disassembly force,high oil temperature and other faults are analyzed,and solutions are proposed to provide suggestions for reference.
