摘要
本文对智慧化矿山开采技术现状、建设目标进行分析得出智慧矿山建设对采矿工程专业人才的要求。而现有采矿工程专业人才培养方案与智慧矿山建设对人才的要求之间存在不适应性,为此作者提出了对采矿工程专业人才培养方案进行调整的必要性和具体措施。
This paper analyzes the present situation and construction objectives of intelligent mining technology and obtains the requirements of intelligent mine construction for mining engineering professionals.However,there is no adaptability between the existing training scheme of mining engineering professionals and the requirements of intelligent mine construction for talents.Therefore,the author puts forward the necessity and concrete measures to adjust the training scheme of mining engineering professionals.
