矿山水工环地质灾害危险性评估及治理分析 被引量:13

摘要 针对传统矿山水工环地质灾害危险性评估方法在地质灾害危险性评估中存在评估精度低的问题,提出了矿山水工环地质灾害危险性评估及治理分析。将矿山水工环地质构造、岩土性质、水文地质等因素作为风险性评估因素,结合地形地貌岩层岩性两个因素,确定了危险性评估因子,在矿山水工环地质灾害的危险等级基础上,对危险性评估程度进行了划分,对矿山水工环地质灾害危险性进行了评估。试验结果表明,提出的危险性评估方法在危险性评估精度方面的性能具有很大优势。通过建立矿山地质灾害防治部门联席会议制度、健全矿山水工环地质环境保护制度、将矿山水工环地质灾害纳入到群测群防体系、向公众普及有关矿山水工环地质灾害方面的基本知识、矿山水工环工程治理、建立矿山水工环地质灾害预警系统以及建立矿山水工环地质环境专项基金等治理策略,降低矿山水工环地质灾害的危险性。 In view of the problem that the traditional mine hydraulic ring geological hazard risk assessment method has low evaluation accuracy in geological hazard risk assessment,the risk assessment and management analysis of mine hydraulic ring geological hazard are put forward.Taking the geological structure,geotechnical properties and hydrogeology of mine hydraulic ring as risk assessment factors,combined with the two factors of lithology of topographic geomorphology strata,the risk assessment factors are determined.On the basis of the risk grade of mine hydraulic ring geological hazard,the degree of risk assessment is divided and the risk of mine hydraulic ring geological hazard is evaluated.The test results show that the proposed risk assessment method is The performance of performance evaluation accuracy has great advantages.By establishing a joint meeting system of mine geological hazard prevention and control departments,perfecting the system of mine hydraulic environment protection,integrating mine hydraulic environment geological hazard into group survey and prevention system,popularizing the basic knowledge of mine hydraulic environment geological hazard to the public,controlling mine hydraulic environment engineering,establishing mine hydraulic environment geological hazard early warning system and establishing mine hydraulic environment special fund,the risk of mine hydraulic environment geological hazard is reduced.
