摘要
近年来,粉煤灰产量急剧增加,不仅占用大量土地资源,对生态环境也产生一定破坏。粉煤灰中含有较为丰富的铝,在铝土矿日益减少的今天,粉煤灰无疑是一种铝土矿的潜在替代品。从粉煤灰中提取氧化铝不仅可以实现粉煤灰的高附加值利用,还能实现铝行业的可持续发展。本文总结了目前从粉煤灰中提取氧化铝的工艺方法及研究进展,并分析不同工艺之间的优点及缺陷。
In recent years,the output of fly ash has increased sharply,not only occupying a large amount of land resources,but also causing certain damage to the ecological environment.Fly ash contains relatively abundant aluminum.As bauxite is declining,fly ash is undoubtedly a potential substitute for bauxite.Extracting alumina from fly ash can not only realize the high value-added utilization of fly ash,but also realize the sustainable development of aluminum.This article summarizes the current methods of extracting alumina from fly ash and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different processes.
