发射光谱法测定地球化学样品中银、硼、锡的方法比较

摘要 在化学探析工作当中采集的地球化学样品的样品数量较大而分析的项目也较多,少量的地球样品中元素的含量更是低,甚至在一份化学样品中含有多种多样的元素。因此对地球化学样品的探析方式要求有较高的灵敏度和准确度,并且能够满足同时测定多种元素。原子发射光谱法在近5年来的发展越来越迅速,它是利用激发源自发出的辐射形成的光谱与标准光谱比较来对混合物进行定性检测的分析方法。这个方法的优点是具有较高的灵敏度,因为不同的元素原子产生的是不同波长的谱线,可以根据光谱图中的特征谱线,判断是否有某种元素的存在。其次,在样品的定量分析上,也可以根据原子发射光谱谱线的强度进行。本文将对发射光谱法测定地球化学样品中的银铜锡等金属元素的方法进行比较。 In the work of chemical analysis,a large number of geochemical samples are collected,and there are many analysis items.The content of elements in a small number of geochemical samples is even lower,and even a chemical sample contains a variety of elements.Therefore,the analysis of geochemical samples requires high sensitivity and accuracy,and can meet the simultaneous determination of multiple elements.In recent five years,the development of atomic emission spectrometry(AES)is more and more rapid.It is an analytical method for qualitative detection of mixtures by comparing the spectra formed by excitation from radiation with standard spectra.The advantage of this method is that it has high sensitivity,because different element atoms produce spectral lines of different wavelengths.According to the characteristic spectral lines in the spectrogram,we can judge whether there is an element.Secondly,the quantitative analysis of the sample can also be carried out according to the intensity of the atomic emission spectrum line.In this paper,the methods for determination of silver,copper and tin in Geochemical Samples by emission spectrometry are compared.
