摘要
为应对虚拟代币挑战和优化法定货币支付功能,各国中央银行正在加快“中央银行数字货币(Central Bank Digital Currency,CBDC)”的研究步伐。针对目前批发数字货币研究主要集中于应用研究,应用排队理论从服务速率和清算延迟两方面比较批发CBDC核心技术(分布式账本技术,DLT)和传统实时全额支付系统(RTGS)的清算性能,并给出DLT系统区块尺寸的最优值,为系统设计和配置提供参考依据。
In order to cope with the challenges of virtual currencies and optimize the payment function of legal tender,central banks are accelerating the research of“Central Bank Digital Currency(CBDC)”.As the current research efforts are mainly focused on the application domain,the paper compared the performance of the core technology of wholesale CBDC(i.e.Distributed Ledger Technology,DLT)and traditional RTGS(Real-Time Gross Settlement)systems in service rate and clearing delay by using queuing theory,and gave the optimal batch size of DLT systems which can provide a reference for system design and configuration.
