疏肝解郁方联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗功能性便秘伴抑郁临床研究

Clinical Study on Formula for Soothing the Liver and Relieving Depression Combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets in the Treatment of Functional Constipation with Depression

目的:观察疏肝解郁方联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗功能性便秘伴抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将64例功能性便秘伴抑郁患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各32例。对照组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,治疗组给予盐酸舍曲林片联合疏肝解郁方治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗4周后、治疗8周后汉密顿抑郁量表-17项(hamilton depression scale-17,HAMD-17)评分、大便次数计数及便秘患者自评量表(Patient Assessment of Constipation symptom,PAC-SYM)评分变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后HAMD-17评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗组治疗8周后HAMD-17评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后排便次数多于本组治疗前,且两组患者治疗8周后排便次数多于治疗4周后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后排便次数与对照组治疗后同期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后粪便性状、直肠症状、腹部症状评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗组治疗8周后评分低于对照组同期治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝解郁方联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗功能性便秘伴抑郁,可改善患者抑郁状态、粪便性状、直肠症状及腹部症状,增加排便次数。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Formula for Soothing the Liver and Relieving Depression combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets on functional constipation with depression.Methods:A total of 70 patients with functional constipation with depression were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder for oral administration,while the treatment group was given Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Formula for Soothing the Liver and Relieving Depression.The changes of Hamilton Depression scale-17(HAMD-17)score,stool frequency count and patient assessment of constipation symptom(PAC-SYM)score were compared between the two groups before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment respectively.Results:The HAMD-17 score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that of the same group before treatment,and the HAMD-17 score of the treatment group after 8 weeks of treatment was lower than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The defecation frequency of the two groups after treatment was more than that of the same group before treatment,and the defecation frequency of the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment was more than that after 4 weeks of treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in stool frequency between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The scores of fecal characteristics,rectal symptoms and abdominal symptoms of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the scores of the treatment group after 8 weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group after the same period of treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of functional constipation with depression,Formula for Soothing the Liver and Relieving Depression combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets can improve the depressive state,fecal shape and properties,rectal symptoms and abdominal symptoms,and increase the frequency of defecation.
