摘要 针对工业机器人应用与维护专业领域团队共同体在协同建设、运行、发展等方面存在的联合攻关不紧密、资源共享不广泛、协作程度不深入等问题,研究并探索了团队建设过程中的协作共同体运行机制和发展基本规律,完善了高水平学校引领、辐射带动共同体成员团队建设的新机制,以形成中国特色、世界水平的团队建设新模式,为其他专业领域团队共同体协同合作机制提供参考和借鉴。 Aiming at the problems existing in the collaborative construction, operation and development of team community in major field of industrial robot application and maintenance, such as not close joint tackling, not extensive resource sharing, and not in-depth cooperation, this paper studies and explores the operation mechanism and basic law of development of the collaborative community in the process of team construction, and improves the high-level school leading and radiation driving community members new mechanism of team building, in order to form a new model of team building with Chinese characteristics and world level, which can provide reference for the collaborative cooperation mechanism of team community in other major fields.
