高职教育人才培养体系第三方评价现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of Third-party Evaluation of Talent Training System in Higher Vocational Education

通过对国家教育部门关于高职教育专项政策的分析和解读,明确了第三方评价参与高职人才培养的全过程具有提高培养目标的贴合性、培养过程的有效性以及评价结果的客观性等优势。文章对高职教育人才培养体系第三方评价的应用及研究现状进行归纳总结,找出第三方评价存在的问题,并提出了针对性的解决方案。本研究成果有助于第三方评价机制更好地融入高职人才培养质量评价大体系中。

Through the analysis and interpretation of the national education department’s special policy on higher vocational education, it was clarified that the higher vocational talent training system based on third-party evaluation has the advantages of improving the fit of training objectives, the effectiveness of the training process, and the objectivity of the evaluation results. This article summarizes the application and research status of third-party evaluation in the talent training system of higher vocational education, finds out the problems existing in the third-party evaluation, and proposes targeted solutions. The research results are helpful for the third-party evaluation mechanism to be integrated into the higher vocational talent training quality evaluation system.
