摘要
社会性是人的基本属性,社会性发展标志着人的社会属性系统的不断完善和社会适应能力的逐步提高。为探寻高职院校大学生社会性发展的有效路径,笔者随机对南阳农业职业学院不同专业的820名学生进行问卷调查。调查发现:高职院校部分学生的社会适应能力不好,有待提高;部分学生自我效能感中等偏上,部分学生的社会支持系统存在严重的问题;社会适应能力在性别上有显著差异,在年级、年龄段、是否独生子女和是否有留守经历上无显著差异;社会适应能力与大五人格、自我效能感、社会支持有很强的正相关。
Sociality is the basic attribute of human beings. The development of sociality symbolizes the continuous improvement of human social attribute system and the gradual improvement of human social adaptability. In order to find an effective way for the sociality development of students in higher vocational colleges, the author randomly surveyed 820 students of different majors in Nanyang Vocational College of Agriculture. This investigation found that: the social adaptability of some students in higher vocational colleges is not good and needs to be improved. Some students’ feeling about whether they have the ability to complete a certain behavior is above average, and some students have serious problems in their social support system. There are significant differences in their social adaptability between genders. There was no significant difference in grade, age group, being one-child and having left-behind children experience or not. There is a strong positive correlation between social adaptability and big five personality OCEAN, self-efficacy and social support.
