产教融合视域下新兴汽车产业高技能人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of High Skilled Talents in Emerging Automobile Industry from the Perspective of Industry and Education Integration

从当前汽车产业发展和用人单位对高技能人才的需求出发,阐述了当前高职教育产教融合的紧迫性和必要性。通过对比德国"双元制"教育运行模式,分析了当前国内高职教育在产教融合培养高质量人才方面的不足,进而从汽车产业人才流动特点、校企人员互派操作层面、各方利益目标以及课程开发与产业需求融合程度等方面,对不足之处的主要原因进行了分析,并从长效机制建立、校企双重育人、企业激励机制、注重汽车企业文化教育以及建立企业员工培训基地等五方面着手,探索建立有效的新兴汽车产业高技能人才培养路径。

Starting from the current development of automobile industry and the demand of high skilled talents by employers, this paper expounds the urgency and necessity of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education. By comparing the German "dual system" education operation mode, this paper analyzes the deficiency of domestic higher vocational education in the integration of industry and education to cultivate high-quality talents. Then, it analyzes the main causes of the current deficiency from the aspects of talent flow characteristics of the automobile industry, school-enterprise talents exchange operation level, the interests of all parties and the degree of integration of curriculum development and industrial demand. Then from five aspects to explore and establish an effective training path of high skilled talents in the emerging automobile industry: the establishment of a long-term mechanism, the dual education of schools and enterprises, the incentive mechanism of enterprises, the emphasis on the cultural education of automobile enterprises and the establishment of training bases for enterprise employees.
