摘要 当前我国高等学校人才培养与社会企业实际工作岗位对人才的需求存在脱节现象,高职院校培养的人才并不完全是企业真实需要的。人才的培养与课程设计的效果密切相关。"应用数学"作为职业本科院校理工科类专业的基础课程,应起到服务专业人才培养的作用,而传统的数学课程理论性强,学生抓不住课程的应用重点,数学实践往往是做题。学科式教学注重理论知识的传授,忽略了知识的应用,深奥的理论无法激发学生的学习兴趣,最终导致教学质量下降、教学效果不佳、人才培养不达标。为了解决这些问题,提出基于工作过程系统化的课程设计,注重知识的应用,采用任务式教学,将传统的知识体系解构,重构一个完整的工作过程,课堂讲授更加关注实操,学生在实践过程中不仅学会了知识,而且掌握了技能,教学效果得到有效提升,教学质量也得到了保障。 At present, there is a disconnection between the talent cultivation in China’s institutions of higher learning and the demand for talents in the actual work positions of social enterprises. The talents cultivated in higher vocational colleges are not all the real needs of enterprises. The cultivation of talents is closely related to the effect of course design. As a basic course for science and engineering majors in vocational undergraduate colleges, "applied mathematics" should play a role in serving professional talent cultivation. However, traditional mathematics courses are highly theoretical, and students cannot grasp the application focus of the courses. Mathematics practice is often to do exercises. Disciplinary teaching focuses on the imparting of theoretical knowledge, and neglects the application of knowledge. Profound theories cannot stimulate students’ interest in learning, which eventually leads to the decline of teaching quality, poor teaching effect and substandard talent training. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward course design based on working process systematization, pays attention to the application of knowledge, adopts task-oriented teaching, deconstructs the traditional knowledge system, constitutes a complete work process, and pays more attention to practical operation for classroom teaching. Students not only learn knowledge in the process of practice, but also master skills. The teaching effect has been effectively improved, and the teaching quality has also been guaranteed.
