摘要 "双高计划"建设背景下高职教育逐渐迈向国际化,同时对高职院校的国际化要求也越来越高,提高高职院校教师,特别是中青年教师国际化水平成为学术界研究的新课题。研究阐述了"双高计划"建设背景下对教师国际化能力的具体要求,提出了提高教师国际化能力的方法;结合"双高计划"建设,提出高职院校教师国际化能力培养建议,以期推进高职院校的国际化发展进程。 Under the construction background of "double-high plan", higher vocational education gradually moves towards internationalization, and meanwhile, higher and higher requirements are put forward for higher vocational colleges’ internationalization. Improving the internationalization level of teachers in higher vocational colleges, especially young and middle-aged teachers, has become a new subject of academic research. This study expounds the specific requirements for teachers’ internationalization ability under the background of "double-high plan", and puts forward the methods to improve teachers’ internationalization ability. Combined with the construction of "double-high plan", this paper puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of teachers’ internationalized ability in higher vocational colleges in order to promote the internationalization development of higher vocational colleges.
