积雪草苷药理作用的分子信号通路 被引量:3

Molecular signal pathway of asiaticoside in pharmacological action

摘要 积雪草苷(asiaticoside, AS)是积雪草提取物三萜皂甙的主要成分之一,具有抗炎、抗纤维化、促进创伤愈合、抑制瘢痕形成、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等作用。积雪草苷具有多条信号通路,可通过对不同信号通路的抑制或激活,降低炎症反应、改善纤维化,在保护肺脏、神经系统及改善认知等方面发挥重要作用。本文从积雪草苷的作用机制出发,对其分子信号通路以及对相关疾病的影响进行简要综述。 Asiaticoside is one of the main components of triterpenoid saponins extracted from centella asiatica, it has a lot of pharmacological actions such as anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrosis, promoting wound healing, inhibiting scar formation, anti-tumor, immune regulation, etc.. Asiaticoside has multiple signal pathways, through the inhibition or activation on different signal pathways, to reduce inflammatory response, improve fibrosis and play an important role in such aspects as protecting lung, nervous system, improving cognition and so on. This review will start from mechanism of asiaticoside to make a brief review on the molecular signal pathway and its effect on related diseases.
