树突细胞(dendritic cell,DC)是一种专职抗原递呈细胞,具有诱导初始T细胞活化的独特功能,在稳态条件下参与诱导和维持免疫耐受。DC表型和功能的异质性表明其具有很强的可塑性,可根据微环境变化调控获得性免疫应答。文章介绍了人DC的基本生理功能和分类及其在肿瘤中作为治疗及监测工具的应用价值。

Dendritic cell(DC)are professional antigen presenting cells,have special functions of inducing initial T cell activation,under steady state conditions to participate in the induction and maintenance of immune tolerance.DC phenotypic and functional heterogeneity indicate that they have the very strong plasticity according to the environment changes regulation of acquired immune response.The basic physiological functions and classification of human DC and its application value as a therapeutic and monitoring tool in tumors were reviewed.
