摘要
肾细胞癌是一种代谢性疾病,在世界范围内的发病率正在增加。肾细胞癌的遗传学特征是出现了参与代谢过程的靶基因的突变。肿瘤重组其代谢,以产生足够的能量和生物合成的基础物质,从而使恶性细胞增殖。代谢重组涵盖了包括有氧糖酵解、脂肪酸代谢和氨基酸代谢等不同的生物过程。而近年来,代谢组学的应用更全面地揭示了肿瘤代谢过程,并筛选出指示早期诊断或疾病状态的生物标志物,而针对肾细胞癌中氨基酸代谢途径的研究为其诊断与治疗提供了新的方向。
Renal cell carcinoma is a metabolic disease whose incidence is increasing worldwide.Renal cell carcinoma is characterized by mutations in target genes involved in metabolic pathways.The tumor metabolizes to produce sufficient energy and biosynthetic basic substances,thereby proliferating malignant cells.Metabolic reorganization covers different processes,such as aerobic glycolysis,fatty acid metabolism and amino acids metabolism.The application of metabolomics reveals the metabolic processes in tumor more comprehensively and screens out biomarkers indicating early diagnosis or disease status.At the same time,in recent years,studies focused on amino acid metabolism pathways in renal cell carcinoma have provided new directions for its diagnosis and treatment.
