煤气化装置化工废水的梯级利用

Cascade utilization of chemical wastewater in coal gasification plant

针对煤气化生产装置产生的废水存在成分复杂,且氨氮浓度高、可生化难度大等特点,经多次试验成功采用梯级技术进行了回收利用,节省生产一次水,降低运行费用,减缓生化处理负荷和环保压力,创造了良好的效益。

In view of the characteristics of complex composition, high concentration of ammonia nitrogen and difficulty in biochemical treatment of wastewater from coal gasification plant, cascade technology was successfully adopted for recycling after many tests, which saved primary water for production, reduced operation cost, slowed down biochemical treatment load and environmental protection pressure, and created good benefits.
