本文介绍了硝酸吸收塔冷却盘管在使用过程中的腐蚀性问题产生的原因,详细描述了焊接中热影响区在使用中腐蚀的原理,同时也介绍了不锈钢材质在硝酸介质中受到的CL-腐蚀的原理。综合上述原理分析,不锈钢材质在硝酸介质中受到的腐蚀程度,取决于不锈钢表面钝化膜的稳定性。
This paper introduces the cause of cooling coil corrosion of nitric acid absorption tower in use, describes the corrosion principle of heat affected zone in welding in detail, and introduces the principle of chloride corrosion of stainless steel in nitric acid medium. Based on the principles analyzed above, the corrosion degree of stainless steel in nitric acid medium depends on the stability of passive film.
