电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定“壮根灵”类农肥中27种无机元素 被引量:1

Simultaneous determination of 27 kinds of inorganic elements in agricultural fertilizer of “Zhuanggenling” by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)同时测定"壮根灵"类农肥中27种无机元素含量的分析方法。方法样品经微波消解后,采用ICP-MS以氦气碰撞反应池的全定量分析模式进行测定,数据通过Simca-P11.5软件进行主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)。结果 27种无机元素线性关系良好,线性范围为10~500μg/L(r≥0.9945);定量限为0.0041~7.3080μg/L,检出限为0.0013~2.4150μg/L;精密度、稳定性、重复性实验的相对标准偏差均≤6.4%;平均加样回收率为69.10%~121.02%,相对标准偏差在1.3%~10.3%之间(n=9);含量为0.01~44633.28 mg/kg。结论该方法操作简便、分析速度快、灵敏度高、测定结果的精密度和准确性较好,适用于"壮根灵"类农肥中无机元素的测定。 Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 27 kinds of inorganic elements in agricultural fertilizer of "Zhuanggenling" by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Methods After microwave digestion, samples were determined by ICP-MS in the full quantitative analysis mode of helium collision reaction pool. Principal component analysis was performed on the data using Simca-P 11.5 software. Results The linear range of 27 kinds of inorganic elements were 10-500 μg/L(r≥0.9945);the quantitative limit was 0.0041-7.3080 μg/L and the detection limit was 0.0013-2.4150 μg/L. Relative standard deviations of precision, stability and repeatability tests were less than 6.4%, average recovery was 69.10%-121.02%, and RSD was 1.3%-10.3%(n=9). The content of 27 kinds of inorganic elements was 0.01-44633.28 mg/kg. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive. The precision and accuracy of test results are good, and it is suitable for the determination of inorganic elements in agricultural fertilizer of "Zhuanggenling".
