摘要
中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队组织,发展职业教育是由中国共产党的性质决定的。一百年来,中国共产党发展职业教育的历程基本可以划分为四个大的历史阶段:新民主主义时期对职业教育的探索阶段、新中国成立之后对职业教育的制度化和规范化建设阶段、改革开放之后对职业教育的创新发展阶段以及新时代中国特色现代职业教育体系的形成与完善阶段。通过对中国共产党发展职业教育百年历程的分析,可以发现:发展职业教育始终是中国共产党重要的工作内容,在此过程中,中国共产党始终坚持“以人民为中心”的职业教育思想,并且,中国共产党在不断的实践中探索中国特色的职业教育发展道路,此过程是一个“探索(起步)—模仿(迷失)—恢复(重建)—创新(壮大)”的曲折而艰难的发展过程。
The CPC is a vanguard organization born out of the working class.The development of vocational education is determined by the nature of the CPC.In the past 100 years,the development of vocational education by the CPC can be divided into three historical stages:the exploration of vocational education in the New⁃Democratic Revolution Period,the institutionalization and standardization of vocational education after the founding of the People's Republic of China,the innovational development of vocational education after the Reform and Opening⁃Up and the formation and improvement of modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics in the New Times.Through the analysis of the one⁃hundred⁃year history of developing vocational education by the CPC,we can find that the development of vocational education has always been an important work of the CPC,and that in this process the CPC has always adhered to the vocational educational idea of"people⁃centered".And the leadership of the CPC has explored the development path of vocational education with Chinese characteristics in continuous practice.This is a tortuous and difficult process comprising exploration(start),imitation(lost),recovery(reconstruction),and innovation(growth)".
