摘要
文章应用美国著名实用主义教育家约翰·杜威提出的“教育即生长”与“学校即社会”的教育思想,从青年人由青春期向成年期过渡的这个阶段切入分析,提出“自然成人”和“社会成人”的概念,论证“从自然成人走向社会成人”的命题,并结合浙江金融职业学院“学生千日成长工程”案例,论述引导大学生从自然成人走向社会成人的探索与实践。
Applying the educational ideas of"education is growth"and"school is society"put forward by the famous American pragmatic educator John Dewey,this paper analyzes the transition from adolescence to adulthood for young people,proposes the concepts of"natural adult"and"social adult",demonstrates the proposition of"from natural adult to social adult",combines the case of"students growing up in a thousand days project"of Zhejiang Vocational College of Finance and discusses the exploration and Practice of guiding college students from natural adult to social adult.
