摘要
为了促进职业教育的优质与均衡发展,职业院校可以共享建设“工匠型”师资,实现师资队伍的优势互补。文章以共享为总纲领,从提高共享意愿、设计共享内容、改进共享方式等三个方面展开,探讨“工匠型”师资队伍的共享建设途径。
In order to promote the high⁃quality and balanced development of vocational education,all schools can share"craftsman⁃type"teachers and realize the complementary advantages of teachers in vocational colleges.From the perspective of sharing,this paper discusses the ways of sharing construction of craftsman teachers from three aspects:improving the willingness of sharing,designing the content of sharing,and improving the way of sharing.
