基于扎根理论的援鄂医务人员职业精神透视

A study on the professionalism of healthcare workers fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic in Hubei based on grounded theory

本文借鉴扎根理论研究范式,通过三级编码对80篇援鄂抗疫日记展开文本分析,从医务人员切身经历与感知的视角,归纳了援鄂医务人员职业精神的核心内涵,主要包括:精益求精的科学态度,将救死扶伤视为崇高的职责使命,对患者抱有悲悯共情与感恩之心,强烈的集体主义意识。因此,重视医患双向的共情与感恩,紧扣医疗卫生实践和医务人员感知的职业精神理论,对职业精神培育、和谐医患关系构建具有重要的现实意义。

Based on the research paradigm of grounded theory,this paper analyzed 80 diaries recording fighting against COVID-19 pandemic in Hubei.From the perspective of personal experience and perception of healthcare workers,this paper summarizes the core connotation of medical professionalism mainly including the scientific attitude for perfection,treating patients as a lofty responsibility and mission,compassion and gratitude to patients,and team spirit.According to the study,the theory of medical professionalism is found to be closely related to medical practice and healthcare workers'cognition and feelings,and the mutual empathy and gratitude between doctors and patients are of special significance to the cultivation of professionalism and the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
