摘要
目的分析我国口腔执业助理医师胜任力自评问卷的信效度。方法2019年8月至2020年3月,采用分层抽样方法,调查了全国14个省(直辖市)的1260名口腔执业助理医师,采用内部一致性检验、内容效度指数和因子分析检验分析问卷的信度和效度。结果口腔执业助理医师胜任力自评问卷的内容效度指数为0.86,克朗巴赫系数为0.964。经过探索性因子分析抽取7个公因子,累计方差贡献率达71.49%,各公因子的主要因素与设计的条目基本一致。结论口腔执业助理医师胜任力自评问卷具有良好的信度、内容效度和结构效度,有助于我国口腔执业助理医师胜任力的自我评价。
Objective To analyze the reliability and validity of self-assessment questionnaire for assistant dentist in China.Methods From August 2019 to March 2020,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by proportional stratified sampling of 1260 assistant dentist from 14 provinces and municipalities in China,and internal consistency test,content validity index and factor analysis were used.Results The content validity index of the self-assessment questionnaire of the self-assessment questionnaire is 0.86 and the overall Cronbach coefficient was 0.964.By exploratory factor analysis,7 common factors were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 71.49%.The main factors of each common factor were basically the same as the designed items.Conclusions The questionnaire has a good reliability,content validity and construct validity,which is helpful for the self-evaluation of the competency of assistant dentist in China.
