办公(商务)建筑屋顶花园使用后评价(POE)研究——以意景总部大楼LID屋顶花园为例

Study on Post-Use Evaluation(POE)of Roof Garden of Office(Business)Buildings——Taking LID Roof Garden of Yijing Headquarters Building as an Example

运用使用后评价(POE)研究方法对项目进行调查分析,通过现场实地调研、调查问卷、内容分析等方法,对所参与的意景集团总部LID屋顶花园设计项目进行了使用后评价研究,通过分析使用者的心理感受、功能需求、使用偏好等,确定了该屋顶花园使用状况及存在问题。根据后期维护较少、植物生长较差等问题,提出了改进建议。对商务建筑屋顶花园设计进行了详细探析,给出了设计方法与建议,以期为今后同类建筑屋顶花园设计提供参考。

The research method of post-use evaluation(POE)is used to investigate and analyze the project.Through field investigation,questionnaire and content analysis,the author takes part in the post-use evaluation of the LID roof garden design project of Yijing Group Headquarters.By analyzing users'psychological feelings,functional needs and use preferences,the use status and existing problems of the roof garden are obtained.According to the problems of less maintenance and poor plant growth,three suggestions for improvement were put forward.This paper analyzes the roof garden design of commercial buildings in detail,and puts forward design methods and suggestions in order to provide reference and ideas for the roof garden design of similar buildings in the future.
