基于岗位需求的《饮用水净化技术》课程教学模式探索

摘要 针对当前高职专业课程中存在的教学与岗位技能脱节的问题,提出了一种基于岗位需求的教学新模式:以《饮用水净化技术》课程为例,探索了以饮用水生产新工艺、新技术为指引,将教学内容整合梳理成为递进的任务模块以及与岗位要求高度匹配的知识点和技能点,编写配套的工作手册式教材,开展项目化教学。以工艺设计、设备安装调试及运营维护等技能培养为核心任务,循序渐进,精准施教,全程评测,达成教学目标。 To solve the problem that teaching was divorced from working skills in the higher vocational specialized courses,a novel work-based learning model was proposed.The teaching model was used in the course of Drinking Water Purification Technology.According to the new technology for the production of drinking water,the course contents were integrated into several progressive task modules,and decomposed into a series of knowledge and skills which matched well with the working demand.The textbook of working manual was developed,and the project teaching method was used.The skills of technological design,equipment installation,equipment commissioning,and management were set as the key training tasks.The whole process is evaluated.The teaching targets were accurately implemented and achieved step by step.
