Theoretical Discussion to the Command Points of Twelve Regular Meridians

依据四总穴歌,王启才教授和近代楼百层研究员分别扩展为二十个“常用要穴”和十八个“治疗总穴”。进行串并后发现,这些穴位大部分位于十二经脉所过包括肘、膝、腕、踝在内的四肢关节处,重新梳理后归纳为十二个总(要)穴(每经选一穴)。这些穴位之所以能成为总(要)穴,根本原因在于其具有取穴简单、感应强烈、操作简易、应用安全、获效显著等诸多优点。

According to the song of four command points,WANG Qicai and researcher LOU Baichen are respectively expanded into 20“commonly used vital points”and 18“therapeutic command points”.We found that most of these points were located in the joints of limbs including elbow,knee,wrist and ankle.After re combing,we summed up into 12 command(important)points(one point for each channel).The reason why these points can become command points.The basic reason is that it has many advantages,such as simple points selection,strong induction,simple operation,safe application and significant effect.
