郭洪波治疗气阴两虚型冠心病合并心律失常经验浅析

Experience of GUO Hongbo in Treating Coronary Heart Disease with Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin and Arrhythmia

近年来,临床上冠心病合并心律失常是心内科常见的疾病。随着医学水平的巨大进步,虽然西医对冠心病合并心律失常的治疗发挥重要作用,但是仍存在副作用大、容易诱发心律失常、引起并发症等诸多情况。在中医理论指导下,导师郭洪波根据多年的临床诊疗经验,发现该病临床上以“气阴两虚”证最为常见,结合现代治疗冠心病合并心律失常的研究进展,治疗采用以“益气养阴、活血通脉”为主要治法,自拟养心平脉汤,临床效果显著,为治疗冠心病合并心律失常提供一种新的、有效的治则治法及方药,可供学习。

In recent years,coronary heart disease with arrhythmia is a common disease in cardiology.With the great progress of medical level,although western medicine plays an important role in the treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia,there are still many cases such as side effects,easy to induce arrhythmias and complications.Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,GUO Hongbo,the tutor,based on years of clinical experience,found that the syndrome of“Qi Yin and deficiency”was the most common in clinical practice.Combined with the research progress of modern treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia,the treatment was mainly“Invigorating Qi,nourishing Yin and activating blood circulation and blood circulation”.The treatment of Yangxin Pingmai decoction was made with remarkable clinical effect.In order to treat coronary heart disease with arrhythmia,the clinical effect was significant.It provides a new and effective method and prescription for learning.
