Treatment by Expelling Phlegm of COPD based on“Yang to Qi,Yin to form”

基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者痰液产生的病理生理基础,认为痰是贯穿慢性阻塞性肺疾病发病全程的最重要的致病因素及病理产物。因此,肺胀的治疗应以化痰为关键。并结合病例进一步论述“阳化气,阴成形”理论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中的具体应用。

Based on the theory of“Yang to Qi,Yin to form”to explore the pathophysiological basis of sputum production in patients with COPD,it is believed that sputum is the most important pathogenic factor and pathological product throughout the pathogenesis of COPD.Therefore,the treatment of lung distension should be the key to resolving phlegm.Combined with the case,it further discusses the specific application of the theory of“Yang to Qi,Yin to form”in the treatment of COPD.
