慢性心力衰竭并发抑郁状态从肾阳虚刍议

Discussion on Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Depression from Kidney-Yang Deficiency

“双心疾病”已经成为严重威胁我国居民健康的问题,慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁状态属于“双心疾病”的一种特殊类型。肖师受《内经》重阳思想的启发,结合多年临床经验认为慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁状态不同于普通“郁证”,其以中老年人发病多见,源于素体肝肾亏虚,病程日久,抑或久病失治,累及肾阳,其病机主要在于阳气虚,病位主要在肾,肾阳虚可致其余脏腑阳气俱虚,无以温煦、推动五脏气机正常运行,化生痰浊、水饮、血瘀,导致疾病的发生发展,治疗应当首倡温肾阳,固本培元,佐以解郁,最后达到“五脏元真通畅,人即安和”的生命境界。

“Psycho-cardiology”has become a serious threat to the health of Chinese residents.Chronic heart failure with depression state is a special type of“Psycho-cardiology”.Inspired by the thought of the much attention to the yang-Qi of Neijing,combined with many years of clinical experience,XIAO Changjiang believes that chronic heart failure complicated with depression is different from ordinary“depression syndrome”,it is common in middle-aged and elderly people,which results from deficiency of liver and kidney,long course of disease,or prolonged illness,involving kidney-yang,its pathogenesis mainly lies in Yang-Qi deficiency,the disease is mainly in the kidney,kidneyyang deficiency can lead to the yang-Qi deficiency of other viscera,not warm,promote the normal operation of the function of Qi of five organs.The transformation of turbid phlegm,water drink and blood stasis leads to the occurrence and development of the disease.The treatment should be initiated to warm the kidney yang,consolidate the foundation and cultivate the Yuan,accompanied by relieving depression,and finally reach the life realm of“The five organs are truly unobstructed,and people are peaceful and harmonious”.
