基于CiteSpace的和胃降逆中文文献可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Chinese literature on Harmonizing Stomach and Lowering Adverse Qi based on CiteSpace

目的:对中国知网1990-2019年间发表的和胃降逆中文文献进行可视化分析,探究该领域的研究现状、研究热点和研究趋势,为确定进一步的研究方向提供参考。方法:通过CiteSpace5.0.R1软件,就文献发表时间分布、作者及研究机构共现分析、关键词共现分析、聚类分析、突现词分析制成知识图谱,进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入文献1737篇,发文量大体呈波动式增长。南京中医药大学、天津中医药大学、山东中医药大学是主要研究机构;发文量靠前的作者为刘启泉、刘汶、叶蔚;和胃降逆研究的疾病主要是以胃食管反流、胆汁反流性胃炎、顽固性呃逆,方剂包括和胃降逆汤、半夏泻心汤、四逆汤。结论:和胃降逆领域研究以相关疾病中医治疗为主;有向呼吸系统疾病、中西结合治疗研究发展趋势,中医药治疗、名医临床经验总结将仍是本领域研究热点。且该领域尚未形成稳定的研究团体,各大研究机构之间鲜少合作,亟待进一步交流。

Objective:To visually analyze the Chinese literature on Heweijiangni published by CNKI from 1990 to 2019,explore the current research status,research hotspots and research trends in this field,and provide references for determining further research directions.Method:Use CiteSpace5.0.R1 software to make a knowledge map based on the publication time distribution,author and research institution co-occurrence analysis,keyword co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis,and emergent word analysis,and perform visual analysis.Results:A total of 1737 articles were included,and the number of articles published generally fluctuated.Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine are the main research institutions;the authors with the highest number of publications are Liu Qiquan,Liu Wen,and Ye Wei;and the diseases in the research on stomach depression are mainly gastroesophageal reflux and bile.Reflux gastritis and refractory hiccups,prescriptions include Hewei Jiangni decoction,Banxia Xiexin decoction,and Sini decoction.Conclusion:The research in the field of Hewei Jiangni is mainly based on TCM treatment of related diseases;there is a trend towards the development of respiratory diseases and integrated Chinese and Western treatment.TCM treatment and clinical experience summary of famous doctors will remain research hotspots in this field.Moreover,a stable research group has not yet formed in this field,and there is little cooperation between major research institutions,and further exchanges are urgently needed.
