益气活血解毒法治疗老年糖尿病合并肺部感染疗效观察及机制研究

Observation of Therapeutic Effect and Mechanism Study on Treatment of Senile Diabetes Complicated with Lung Infection by the Method of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu

目的:观察益气活血解毒法治疗糖尿病合并肺部感染的临床疗效并分析该法可能的作用机制。方法:将符合标准的63例糖尿病合并肺部感染患者分为2组,对照组31例予以西医常规治疗,治疗组32例在对照组基础上加益气活血解毒疗法;采用开放性随机、平行对照试验,通过治疗前后患者的肺部感染控制时间、血常规恢复时间等评价此法对糖尿病合并肺部感染患者的临床疗效;根据患者血液中A免疫球蛋白(IgA)、G免疫球蛋白(IgG)和M免疫球蛋白(IgM)治疗前后含量的差异分析作用机制。结果:治疗组感染控制情况优于对照组,感染控制所用时间较短;2组的显愈率分别为治疗组87.50%;对照组为61.29%,治疗组疗效较对照组好(P=0.017,P<0.05);该疗法可以促进免疫球蛋白的生成,对动脉血管内皮功能亦有改善作用,促进了局部炎症的吸收。结论:益气活血解毒法对老年糖尿病合并肺部感染有较好疗效,作用机制与该法改善机体免疫功能有关,应当在此基础上开展更进一步的研究以证明并推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the method of replenishing Qi,promoting blood circulation and detoxification in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary infection and analyze the possible mechanism of the method.Methods:Divided 63 patients with diabetes mellitus and pulmonary infection that met the criteria into 2 groups,31 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,and 32 patients in the treatment group were treated with qi,activating blood and detoxification on the basis of the control group;open randomized,parallel In a controlled trial,the clinical efficacy of this method on patients with diabetes complicated with pulmonary infection was evaluated by the control time of lung infections before and after treatment and the recovery time of routine blood;(IgG)and M immunoglobulin(IgM)content difference analysis before and after treatment.Results:The infection control of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the time for infection control was shorter;the obvious cure rates of the two groups were 87.50%in the treatment group;61.29%in the control group,and the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group(P=0.017,P<0.05);this therapy can promote the production of immunoglobulin,improve the endothelial function of arteries,and promote the absorption of local inflammation.Conclusion:The method of replenishing qi,activating blood and detoxification has a good effect on elderly diabetes complicated with pulmonary infection.The mechanism of action is related to the improvement of the immune function of the body.On this basis,further research should be carried out to prove and popularize its application.
