藤黄健骨片治疗膝骨性关节炎肾虚血瘀型临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tenghuang Jiangu Tablets in the Treatment to Osteoarthritis of the Knee Typed with Diffident Kidney and Blood Stasis

目的:进一步评价藤黄健骨片治疗肾虚血瘀型膝骨关节炎的有效性及安全性。方法:采用随机设计入选符合标准的78例患者,分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予洛索洛芬钠片,治疗组给予藤黄健骨片,疗程为28d。以WOMAC评分、中医疗效为有效观察指标,不良事件和实验室检测为安全性指标。结果:治疗后2组的WOMAC评分、中医疗效差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组未发生明显的不良事件,对照组出现3例不良事件。结论:藤黄健骨片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎肾虚血瘀型安全有效,有临床推广价值。

Objective:To further evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tenghuang Jiangu tablets in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:A randomized design was used to select 78 patients who met the criteria and were divided into a control group and a treatment group.The control group was given loxoprofen sodium tablets,and the treatment group was given Tenghuang Jiangu tablets for 28 days.The WOMAC score and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine are used as effective observation indicators,and adverse events and laboratory tests are used as safety indicators.Results:After treatment,the difference in WOMAC score and TCM efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).No obvious adverse events occurred in the treatment group,and 3 adverse events occurred in the control group.Conclusion:Tenghuang Jiangu tablets is safe and effective in treating knee osteoarthritis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and has clinical promotion value.
