独活寄生汤联合中药外敷治疗早中期膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Early and Middle Stage Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探究独活寄生汤联合中药外敷治疗早中期膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)临床效果。方法:选取我符合标准的早中期KOA的患者150例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例,对照组单纯口服塞来昔布胶囊,观察组给予口服独活寄生汤联合中药外敷,门诊治疗周期4周。观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后膝关节功能(The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index,WOMAC)评分及视觉模拟(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分变化。结果:治疗4周后观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后2周、4周WOMAC评分及VAS评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且在治疗4周后,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:独活寄生汤联合中药外敷治疗早中期KOA的临床疗效明确,改善膝关节功能优于塞来昔布,且不良反应少,值得临床推荐使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of early and mid-stage knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:I selected 150 patients with early and mid-term KOA who met my criteria and divided them into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given oral celecoxib capsules,and the observation group was given oral doctrine decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicine,the outpatient treatment cycle is 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the changes in knee joint function(The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index,WOMAC)scores and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment were observed.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the WOMAC score and VAS score of the two groups were improved at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and After 4 weeks of treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine has a clear clinical effect in the treatment of early and mid-term KOA.It is better than celecoxib in improving knee joint function,and has fewer adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
