长白楤木根提取物/壳聚糖复合膜的制备及性能 被引量:1

Preparation and Properties of Aralia continentalis Kitagwa Root Extract/Chitosan Composite Films

摘要 为了研究保鲜效果较好的复合包装膜,将不同质量浓度的长白楤木根提取物与壳聚糖复合制成可食性复合膜,并测定了厚度、密度、透明度、溶胀度、溶解度及水蒸气透过系数等物理性能和抗拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等机械性能,同时也测定了DPPH自由基的清除活性,并对其结构进行了红外光谱分析。结果表明,添加不同质量浓度的长白楤木根提取物可增加壳聚糖复合膜的厚度、密度、溶胀度、溶解度和DPPH自由基清除率,并减少水蒸气透过系数,而透明度、抗拉强度和断裂伸长率则略有降低。因此,长白楤木根提取物作为天然活性物质能够很好地与壳聚糖结合成膜,制成的包装膜可有效提高复合膜的保鲜性能。 In order to study the composite packaging films with good fresh-keeping effect,edible Aralia continentalis Kitagwa root extract with different mass concentrations and chitosan were combined to make an edible composite films,and physical properties such as thickness,density,transparency,swelling degree,solubility,and water vapor transmission rate,and mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break,were measured.At the same time,the scavenging activity of DPPH radicals was measured,and the structure was performed by infrared spectrum analysis.The results showed that adding different mass concentrations of extracts of Aralia continentalis Kitagwa root could increase the thickness,density,swelling,solubility and DPPH radical scavenging rate of the chitosan composite films,and reduce water vapor transmission rate,while transparency,tensile strength and elongation at break were slightly reduced.Therefore,Aralia continentalis Kitagwa root extract could be combined with chitosan to form a films as a natural active substance,and the packaging films produced could effectively improve the fresh-keeping performance of the composite films.
