信息化建设对农村食品商贸流通效率的影响

The Influence of Information Construction on the Circulation Efficiency of Rural Food Trade

提升农村信息化水平是推动中国农业现代化发展的重要前提,是有效推动农村食品商贸流通高质量发展的基本支撑。农民对信息技术使用效率的不足使得信息化成本收益不匹配,商贸流通整体发展水平和信息技术发展建设方面存在的诸多不利因素导致中国农村食品商贸流通发展效率不足。因此,从交通基础设施建设、农民职业技术教育、政策制定及电商平台搭建等方面提出相应建议。

Improving the level of rural informatization is an important prerequisite to promote the development of agricultural modernization in China, and also the basic support to effectively promote the high-quality development of rural food trade circulation. Farmers’ lack of efficiency in the use of information technology makes the cost-benefit of information mismatch, and many adverse factors in the overall development level of commercial circulation and the development and construction of information technology lead to the lack of efficiency in the development of rural food commercial circulation. For this reason, put forward corresponding suggestions from the aspects of transportation infrastructure construction, farmers’ vocational and technical education, policy-making and e-commerce platform construction.
