摘要 有效的食品冷链物流建立在物流基础设施完善、冷链技术先进和物流运输管理规范的基础上,中国食品冷链物流发展迅速,但在技术、标准、基础设施等方面仍存在一些问题亟待解决。随着互联网信息技术不断发展,冷链物流商业模式不断创新,食品生产加工行业加速转型升级。基于"互联网+"的影响,针对中国冷链物流发展中存在问题需要从多个层面和角度出发,需要从技术研发、标准构建、基础设施建设等方面着力,进而实现食品冷链物流模式的优化和升级。 Effective food cold chain logistics is established on the basis of complete logistics infrastructure, advanced cold chain technology and logistics and transportation management standards. The current development of food cold chain logistics in China is very rapid, but there are still some problems that need to be solved in technology, standards and infrastructure. With the continuous development of Internet information technology, the cold chain logistics business model continues to innovate, and the food production and processing industry is accelerating the transformation and upgrading. Based on the influence of "Internet+", the problems in the development of cold chain logistics in my country need to be approached from multiple levels and perspectives, and efforts need to be made in terms of technology research and development, standard construction and infrastructure construction to realize the food cold chain.
