摘要
采用臭氧+BAF深度处理工艺对污水处理场原有一级生化处理系统进行了提标改造,并且将原有污水分为循环水排污和含盐污水系列进行了分类处理。运行结果表明:该工艺对含盐系列COD、NH_(3)-N、TN出水平均值分别为29.6 mg/L、0.48 mg/L、10.49 mg/L;循环水系列出水平均值分别36.31 mg/L、0.29 mg/L、14.29 mg/L;且数据波动较小。改造后出水水质满足《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB31570-2015)标准,系统稳定性好,抗冲击能力更强,并且当进水浓度较高时,处理效果更佳。
The original biochemical treatment system of the sewage treatment plant was modified by the ozone-catalyzed biological aerated filter(BAF)combination process,and the original sewage was classified into a series of circulating water sewage and salted sewage.The results show that the average COD,NH_(3)-N and TN value of salt-containing series is 29.6 mg/L,0.48 mg/L and 10.49 mg/L;the of circulating water system is 36.31 mg/L,0.29 mg/L and 14.29 mg/L.The data fluctuation is small.The treated water meets the Petroleum Refining Industry Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB31570-2015).This system has the advantages of stability and stronger impact resistance.The treatment effect is better when the influent concentration is higher.
