摘要
为满足居民愈发增长的各项通信需求,移动通信基站的同步建设紧随其后。虹口区位于上海中心城区,南部黄浦江和苏州河沿岸更是处于新时期高速发展状态,其中旧区改造和新片区规划发展需要更加完善的移动通信基站覆盖网络,同时居民的环境保护意识也越来越强,发展的过程中双方产生的误解会影响虹口区整体通信网络建设。通过收集区内移动通信基站电磁辐射监测数据,探讨了影响基站电磁辐射监测数据大小的可能因素,提出了移动通信基站优化选址、居民自身距离防护等建议,希望能对区内移动通信基站建设和居民环境保护要求起到借鉴作用。
In order to meet residents’increasingly growing communication needs,the synchronous construction of mobile communication base stations followed closely.Hongkou,the district at the center of Shanghai,south along the Huangpu river and Suzhou river is in a state of rapid development in the new period.The old district reconstruction and new development area planning need to be more perfect network of mobile communication base stations.At the same time,residents’awareness of environmental protection is also increasing.The misunderstandings generated by both parties during the development process will affect the overall communication network construction in Hongkou District.By collecting electromagnetic radiation monitoring data of mobile communication base stations in Hongkou District,this paper discusses the possible factors affecting the size of electromagnetic radiation monitoring data of the base stations.Suggestions are put forward to optimize site selection of mobile communication base stations and protect residents from distance,hoping to play a reference role in the construction of mobile communication base stations and residents’environmental protection requirements in Hongkou District.
