摘要
指出了长期以来木材资源的缺乏和环境污染一直是制约我国制浆造纸工业可持续发展的瓶颈,使用可再生型资源是当前环境保护及资源可持续利用的重要举措,具有深远而重要的现实意义。为探究以椰衣为原料的造纸技术的可行性。初步确定以碱法制浆为基础,以NaOH含量为参考依据,使NaOH含量分别为1%、3%、5%、7%制定4组实验,对椰衣进行一定温度下蒸煮、磨浆、洗涤等工艺流程,并对纸浆部分数据进行了测量。根据实验结果得出,以椰衣为原料造纸是可行的。在实验室阶段可以造出较粗糙的纸张,并且在4组实验中从纸浆的得浆率,纤维长度、纸张效果等方面,综合得出了四组实验中当NaOH含量为3%时,以椰衣为原料,造纸的效果最好,为我国椰衣资源可再生利用提供新的思路。
For a long time,the lack of wood resources and environmental pollution has been the bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of China’s pulp and paper industry.The use of renewable resources is an important measure for environmental protection and sustainable use of resources,which has far-reaching and important practical significance.This paper is to explore the feasibility of papermaking technology based on coconut garment.Based on alkaline pulping and NaOH content as the reference basis,the NaOH content was divided into four groups of experiments,namely 1%,3%,5%and 7%.The technological process of cooking,grinding and washing of coconut clothing under certain temperature was carried out,and part of the pulp data was measured.According to the experimental results,it is feasible to make paper with coconut garment as raw material.In the laboratory stage,rougher paper can be made.In the four groups of experiments,from the pulp yield,fiber length,paper effect and other aspects,it is concluded that when the NaOH content is 3%,coconut coating is the best material for paper making,which provides a new idea for the renewable utilization of coconut garment resources in China.
