摘要
由于在预拌混凝土中添加过量减水剂会导致混凝土性能的下降,预拌混凝土在减水剂超掺的条件下,使用纳米二氧化硅作为变量。通过在预拌混凝土中添加纳米二氧化硅,研究了其3 d、7 d、28 d的抗压强度变化。结果表明:预拌混凝土在过量减水剂环境中随着纳米二氧化硅的掺入,强度明显改善。纳米二氧化硅发生火山灰作用与填充作用,可加速水泥水化,使混凝土产生更多水化胶凝产物。
The addition of excessive water reducing agent in ready-mixed concrete will lead to the decline of concrete performance.In this paper,the use of nano-SiO_(2) as a variable for premixed concrete is studied under the condition of excessive addition of superplasticizer.By adding nano-SiO_(2) to ready-mixed concrete,the compressive strength of 3d,7d and 28d was studied.The results show that the strength of ready-mixed concrete is obviously improved with the addition of nano-SiO_(2) in the environment of excessive water reducer.Nano-SiO_(2) can accelerate cement hydration and produce more hydration cementing products.
