摘要
Tianyancha recently issued“Develop-ment Report on China’s Urban In-vestment Environment”,which indi-cates that in recent years the number of corporate legal personnel in China has contin-ued to rise steadily,and that the private economy had an improved operation quality and efficiency.In 2011,there were more than 12 million corpo-rate legal personnel in China,and by 2019,this number exceeded 25 million.Meanwhile,74.9%of legal personnel were from the private economy in China,up from 43.8%in 2011.
