基于流变性能的抗油蚀改性沥青高温特性 被引量:4

High Temperature Performance of Oil-resistant Modified Asphalt Based on Rheological Properties

摘要 为有效评价抗油蚀改性沥青的高温特性,采用5%抗油蚀剂对佛山70#、佛山90#两种基质沥青进行改性,并对其抗油蚀性能进行评价。同时,基于流变性能对不同沥青进行高温性能研究,并对不同表征高温特性的指标进行相关性分析。结果表明,与基质沥青相比,抗油蚀改性沥青具有更小的油蚀度,抗油蚀性能优异;抗油蚀改性沥青的相位角δ、不可恢复蠕变柔量Jnr下降明显,复数剪切模量G^(*)、车辙因子G^(*)/sinδ及蠕变恢复率R显著增加,高温性能显著改善;与其他高温指标相比,G^(*)/sinδ与Jnr相关性更好,G^(*)/sinδ更具适用性和准确性。 In order to effectively evaluate the high temperature characteristics of the oil-resistant modified asphalt,two base asphalts of Foshan 70#and Foshan 90#were modified with 5%oil-resistant agent,and their oil-resistant performance was evaluated.At the same time,based on the rheological properties,the high temperature performance of different asphalt was studied,and the correlation analysis of different indicators characterizing high temperature characteristics was carried out.The results show that compared with the base asphalt,the oil-resistant modified asphalt has a lower degree of oil corrosion and more excellent oil-resistant performance,the phase angleδand the irrecoverable creep compliance Jnrof the oil-resistant modified asphalt decrease significantly,and the complex shear modulus G^(*),rutting factor G^(*)/sinδ,and creep recovery rate R increase significantly,indicating that the high temperature performance is significantly improved.Compared with other high temperature indicators,G^(*)/sinδhas a better correlation with Jnr,and is more applicable and accurate.
