盾构隧道施工因素对砌体结构房屋的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了分析盾构隧道下穿砌体结构房屋施工因素的影响程度,采用正交试验设计方法,运用Midas-GTS有限元软件,建立了包括地层、盾构隧道和砌体结构在内的三维整体有限元模型,对不同影响因素条件下的盾构隧道下穿砌体结构房屋施工过程进行了数值模拟。以砌体结构房屋墙体所受到的最大拉应力增量作为评价指标,分析了盾构隧道下穿砌体结构房屋过程中掌子面支护压力、刀盘扰动范围和注浆层弹性模量对上部砌体结构房屋的影响。研究结果表明:在盾构隧道下穿砌体结构房屋施工过程中,刀盘扰动范围对砌体结构房屋的影响最大,注浆层弹性模量影响次之,掌子面支护压力影响最小;如果不考虑地层扰动的影响,可能会低估施工对地表砌体结构房屋的影响程度,给建筑物的正常使用带来风险。 In order to analyze influence degree on construction factors of shield tunnel undercrossing masonry structure building,a three-dimensional finite element model including stratum,shield tunnel and masonry structure was established by Midas-GTS finite element software with the orthogonal experiment design method.The numerical simulation was carried out to construction process that shield tunnel undercross masonry structure house with different influencing factor.The maximum tensile stress increment of the masonry structure wall was taken as the evaluation index.The influence level was analyzed to upper masonry structure house of various factors including the support pressure of the tunnel face,the disturbance range of the cutter head and the elastic modulus of the grouting during shield tunnel undercrossing the masonry structure house.The results showed that during the construction process of shield tunneling under through the masonry structure,the disturbance range of the cutter head has the greatest influence on the masonry structure house,the second is the elastic modulus of the grouting,and it is the smallest influence for the support pressure of the tunnel face.If the influence of ground disturbance isn’t considered,the influence degree of masonry structure house may be underestimated because of construction,which can bring risk for normal use of buildings.
